Intranet Solution Deploy Steps

1. Server ready

2. Install OvitalMap server software and MySql

3. Start OvitalMap server, login as anonymous at Client

4. At administrative console, export amount of register code and machine code

5. Visit Internet to login OvitalMap acount management, application amount of Authorization code, then export Authorization file

6. Back to administrative console, import authorization file and complete the authorization

7. If the administrative console updated, the authoriztion need to be redo( not cost if the VIP do not expired)

Host Solution Deploy Steps

1. Purchase host service at host supplier or purchase server

2. Configuration Security Group

3. Install OvitalMap server software and MySql

1. Map service

All maps required by the enterprise can be pre-downloaded on the enterprise server, and all the terminals connected to the enterprise server will download the map data directly from the enterprise server.

2. User Management

Administrators can create users and groups on the enterprise server according to the organizational structure. After logging in as the account assigned by the administrator, the terminal users can see the list of organizational structures and communicate with other members.

3. User data synchronization

After the end user logs in to the enterprise server, the local data can be synchronized to the enterprise server just like the Ovital server. Enterprise servers do not limit the amount of data that all users synchronize.

4. Communication between users

After the end user logs in to the enterprise server, he can communicate with other users (send text, objects, files, etc.), and each communication record will be permanently stored in the enterprise server.

5. Data sharing between users

After the end user logs in to the enterprise server, he can access the cloud space of other users (administrators can set access rights).

6. User location data collection

The administrator can complete the collection and recording of the location information of the end user as needed, including historical track display.

7. Real-time command

The administrator can send real-time command information to designated online users on the management console and manipulate the map of the end user.

8. Shared cloud management

Administrators can manage data in Enterprise Shared Cloud Space and can set different folders or files in the cloud space to be assigned to different users or group different access rights, up to 8 different Permissions.

9. Layer sharing

The map administrator can package many objects into layers and allow specific users or groups of users to access. When these users browse to a specific area on the map, the browser will automatically download the objects that the user can access and display them on the map.

10. Centralized management interface

The centralized management interface facilitates centralized management by the administrator. The management console connects to the server through C/S mode to complete remote management operations. The server can use the hardware feature-based security authentication and encrypted communication to ensure data security for the management console. Support multiple consoles to complete the collaborative work of multiple administrators.

11. Sign-in management

According to the user positioning data collection information uploaded to the server, the system will judge whether the employee has reached all the necessary points in the area within the specified time range according to the preset rules, and record the stay time, so that the employee can automatically check in. The management terminal can grasp and manage the employee check-in information in the console.
